Clinical Psychologist
Alicia is a registered clinical psychologist with extensive experience in psychotherapy, psychological assessments, and mental health advocacy. She provides a compassionate, evidence-based approach to therapy and psychological assessments, working with clients of all ages to navigate their mental health challenges. She primarily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), integrating mindfulness techniques to help individuals achieve mental well-being and lead fulfilling lives. With experience in clinical and organizational settings, Alicia is committed to delivering high-quality care tailored to each individual's needs.
