Cindy Choong
Trainee Clinical Psychologist
Cindy is a trainee clinical psychologist whose main approaches focus on Person-Centered
Therapy (PCT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment
Therapy (ACT) while remaining flexible to meet each client's needs.
Cindy values the importance of creating a warm, collaborative, and supportive environment
where clients feel comfortable sharing at their own pace. She believes that healing starts
when people feel genuinely connected and understood, and that everyone deserves the time
and space to honour their story in their own way. Outside of her clinical work, Cindy actively
contributes to community wellbeing through workshops on emotion regulation, mental health
screenings, and practical stress management sessions for students and working professionals.
