Clinical Psychologist
Xin Hui is a clinical psychologist who is passionate about helping individuals navigate life's emotional, psychological, and cognitive challenges with compassion and evidence-based care. She believes that every person's experiences, strengths, and goals are unique, and strives to create a safe, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey.
She has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults across hospital, university, and private healthcare settings. Her therapeutic approach is primarily grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while integrating techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and other evidence-based approaches to tailor interventions to each client's individual needs and preferences. She is committed to supporting clients in developing greater self-understanding, building resilience, and achieving meaningful improvements in their psychological well-being and quality of life.
