Clinical Psychologist
Min Yi is a clinical psychologist with experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults, across various settings such as NGOs, hospitals, and private practices during her training. She is skilled in providing psychotherapy and conducting a wide range of psychological assessments, including cognitive and behavioral evaluations, for individuals of all age groups.
While her primary therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), she incorporates techniques from other modalities, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to tailor interventions to each client’s unique needs and preferences.
Passionate about mental well-being, she strives to empower individuals by enhancing their understanding of their conditions and providing personalized support to foster growth and resilience.
