Trainee Clinical Psychologist
Chee Qi is a clinical psychology trainee who conducts psychological assessments and works with individuals, including children and adolescents. She mainly uses Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while incorporating mindfulness techniques in sessions.
She places great importance on fostering a solid therapeutic relationship with clients, creating a safe and non-judgmental environment where clients can feel, heal, and progress at their own pace. She believes that every individual deserves the opportunity to thrive and reach their full potential. She is also committed to equipping her clients with effective tools and coping strategies, empowering them for sustainable personal growth beyond the therapy sessions.
